Common questions about returns recovery for Amazon sellers.
Once you have an account, add a package in your dashboard with a reference and list of products. We will provide you with our processing address. Send your Amazon returns to that address and mark the package with your reference so we can match it to your account.
We use performance-based pricing. There are no setup fees or subscriptions. You pay a percentage of the final sale value (processing fees start from 15%). Each month your most expensive item is processed free and you keep 100% of the sale value.
We issue monthly invoices. Payout is made by the last day of the month following the invoice period (e.g. February sales are paid by the end of March). You can see invoice and payout status in the Payouts & Invoices section of your dashboard.
Most returns are processed within 24–72 hours of receipt. You can track each item’s status (inspection, listing, sold) in your dashboard.
You can start by sending packages manually with your chosen reference. Optional Amazon integration can streamline sending and reconciliation; we will guide you through any required setup.
We inspect every item. Where we can pursue Amazon reimbursement, we will. Items that cannot be resold or reimbursed are reported in your dashboard so you have full visibility. We do not charge you for items that yield no recovery.
